Good day. I own a food business in CT and only use Az-Zahraa golden sella basmati rice. I noticed the one bag of the 5 whish I ordered arrived loose, the other 4 in a sealed Az-Zahraa box. The loose bag had some holes underneath the bag and there was weavles in the rice. First time I experienced this from your store. I was busy with a big order that day and did not have Time to take pics and send. Otherwise I am very happy with the rice. This was an isolated incident.
