FLAKE BUTTER BISCUITS (BUTTER AVENUE)

Whilst biscuits themself are delectable, all the chocolate had melted and was stuck to the plastic packaging inside the containers. The plastic containers that contained the biscuits were squashed, which naturally meant that there were no "whole" flake biscuits, but there were crumbs...and a lot of crumbs. And toddlers do not like to eat crumbs with a spoon.

Please revise the packaging of the biscuits and advise the courier that the items are heat sensitive. The biscuits should also not be packed with 6 x 5kg bags of basmati rice either. This was an epic fail on Chohans Spice's side.
I will happily submit photos of the contents should this be required.

When I ordered these from another company, they arrived in perfect condition. Needless to say, I was very disappointed with this and I will not order these again.
